E-rate Assistance this Weekend and Next Week

I know everyone is working hard on their Form 471s to get them filed by the March 22 deadline.  I will be on e-mail all weekend, as well as evenings (and of course days) next week, to assist applicants with last minute questions.  The best way to reach me is always through e-mail — jtschell@comcast.net.

Also, the SLD has announced that the Client Service Bureau (CSB) will be open this weekend from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. EDT to provide assistance to applicants.  To reach CSB, call 888-203-8100.  Next week CSB will be open from 8 am – 10 p.m. Monday – Wednesday, and until 12:30 a.m. on Friday (late Thursday night).  Call volumes are significantly higher during the last few days of the filing window, so you will generally reach an agent more quickly if you call this weekend or weekdays before 11:00 a.m. or after 5:30 p.m.
