Final Reminder:  ECF Invoice Deadline is Thursday, Aug 29

The deadline to submit reimbursement requests to USAC for purchases made under the Emergency Connectivity Fund is Thursday, August 29, 2024.  Attached is a list of all ECF FRNs marked as BEAR, with unexpired invoice deadlines and funding remaining – if you’re on this list, please act quickly!  I’ve also included ECF FRNs marked as SPI where no funding has been disbursed, just in case you purchased the equipment or service and paid the vendor in full (if you did this, tell the vendor to submit a SPI by the deadline and then remit the reimbursement to you after it has been issued by USAC). 

Please note, it is too late to actually purchase equipment and services. 

This deadline will not be extended until October (like they did with the August 2023 ECF invoice deadline) because of the Congressional recission requirement.  Therefore, it’s extremely important that you submit your ECF reimbursement request to USAC as soon as possible.  Because of the recission requirement, USAC cannot approve any pending SPIN changes, invoice mode changes or appeals.  However, if the recission funding obligation is met from unreimbursed funds, USAC should be able to process any pending requests.
