Reminder:  Second EPC Portal Training is This Thursday

October 14, 2015

~ Registration Required ~

~ Must have EPC Password Established Prior to Training ~

This is a friendly reminder that I am conducting the second of two identical webinars for EPC Account Administrators tomorrow, Thursday, October 15 at 10:00 am.  As you know, beginning with the FY 2016 Form 470, all FY 2016 application forms and USAC correspondence will be done through the new EPC Portal.   If you haven’t yet registered for this training, please remember to do so before Thursday.   The webinar will cover these topics:

  • Advantages of the EPC Portal
  • Establishing Users and Users’ Rights
  • Changing Account Administrators
  • Identifying Consultants
  • Joining Consortia
  • Confirming All Related Schools (and NIFs) are Listed
  • Entering Enrollment/NSLP Data

Please note:  Before attending the webinars please have your EPC Password established so you can be in your account for the webinar.  If you haven’t established your EPC Password, please follow the steps in the attached documents (here and here) as soon as you can.   The webinar will start from within your EPC account — not the EPC Password set up steps.

If you are not the AA, be sure to have your AA sign up for this webinar, or change the AA status to yourself so you can perform all of these tasks (above) by following the instructions in the attachment.  If you are unsure to whom your AA status has been assigned, call USAC at 888-203-8100.
