Slight Changes to PETE&C E-rate Workshops Tomorrow Morning

Note:  I’ve switched the two E-rate workshops for tomorrow morning so that the Beginner’s Workshop is being presented first, with the EPC/Form 471 Workshop held immediately thereafter.

If you’re attending the PETE & C Technology Conference in Hershey tomorrow, February 15, please plan to join me for one or both of these E-rate workshops!  E-rate buttons and training binders will be available!  Details for both sessions are below.

E-rate Crash Course for Beginners!

Summary:  New to E-rate? This session is for you! We will explain the “new” E-rate, the rules, what’s eligible (and what’s not), the forms, the deadlines, and how you can begin to take advantage of this redesigned federal program. All E-rate questions will be answered!

E-rate:  Filing a Funding Year 2017 Application in EPC

Date:  Wednesday, February 15, 2017

Time: 10:30 – 11:30 AM
Room: Cocoa 2/3
Summary:  The FY 2017 Administrative Window is open until February 26, with the Form 471 filing window opening on February 27.  Join me as we walk through updating your EPC profiles, creating Contract Records, and updating Connectivity Data.  We’ll also review the Form 471 for both C1 and C2 funding requests.  All E-rate questions will be answered!
