Extended CSB Hours This Weekend

Because of the Admin Window Deadline of Sunday night, USAC has just announced that the Client Service Bureau will be open this weekend from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.  Their number is 888-203-8100.  I do not recommend that you leave a message if prompted to do so (ever), but instead continue to hit “0” until you reach a live operator.  Likewise, they should be manning the Customer Cases created in EPC as well.

Also, although the Admin Window Deadline is technically Sunday, February 26 at midnight, it appears that EPC will actually be unavailable due to system maintenance from 7 – 10 p.m. on Sunday.  Therefore, you should consider Sunday at 7:00 p.m. your absolute deadline for making changes to your school’s EPC profiles/adding schools, etc.

Based on your calls and e-mails over the last few days, here are the items that are causing problems for applicants:

·         To change the data for a school, click on the name of the individual school on your Landing Page, THEN click Manage Organization.  Many people are clicking on the name of the District, and then Manage Organization – which will only allow you to edit the data for your main District’s page – not each individual school’s page.

• If the system won’t allow you to submit, it’s likely because there is a red “State LEA Code 6-Digits Error”.  This is a known issue in EPC that won’t be fixed until after the Admin Window closes.  Simply delete all of the digits in the State LEA Code field and then hit submit.  All of those codes are optional.
