How to Change EPC Account Administrators/Add New EPC Users

Summer often brings staffing changes and it’s important that the new staff get set up in the E-rate Productivity Center (EPC) so they are prepared to file E-rate applications in the coming weeks/months.  Attached is a helpful guide that provides step by step instructions for both changing EPC Account Administrators and creating EPC Users. 

A few reminders:

  • The AA must be school or library employee (not consultants)
  • There is only one AA per organization
  • Only AAs or USAC can transfer their AA status to another EPC User
  • Only an AA can create new EPC user accounts and assign User ‘permissions.’
  • Only an AA can transfer their AA ‘credentials’ to another existing EPC User.  If the AA is the new staff member and the previous AA is no longer with the school or library (and no one has access to their EPC account), contact CSB at 888-203-8100 and they will set up a new EPC AA account (only CSB can do this).

Also, if you need any new E-rate contacts added to the PA E-rate Listserve, please e-mail me their contact information.  I recommend that each school and library have someone on the PA E-rate listserve, regardless of whether they’re represented by an E-rate consultant or IU.
