~ Category 2 Webinars Coming after FCC Releases C2 Order ~

Next week there will be two separate webinars held to provide additional E-rate training for PA schools and libraries. The first webinar will be “E-rate for Beginners” – a condensed training session for those applicants new to the program who could not attend one of the three, full-day training sessions held this fall. The second webinar will be “Category 1 – Eligibility and Form 470 Bidding” and will be devoted to C1, the E-rate funding mechanism that provides discounts for broadband and Internet access services. In this session, we will discuss what services are eligible and demonstrate how to file a Category 1 Form 470 to begin the competitive bidding process.

Also, I know many (all) of you are eager for FY 2020 Category 2 information and webinars, but I can’t schedule those until the FCC released their Category 2 Order. As soon as that’s released, I’ll send a summary to the listserve and announce the Category 2 webinars.

Registration for all webinars is required to participate.
