E-rate Workshops at PETE & C Conference!

~ FY 2020 Conference in Pittsburgh ~

The FY 2020 PETE & C Technology Conference is being held in Pittsburgh from February 23 – 26, and I’m excited to announce two E-rate sessions will be offered as described below. Registration for the conference is now open at: https://www.peteandc.org/index.cfm (register early to be sure to secure your hotel room). For those of you not in the Pittsburgh area, there are chartered buses available, leaving from Norristown, Carlisle and Meadville. I hope to see you there!
E-rate for Beginners! A Crash Course
- Date: Monday, February 24, 2020
- Time: 2:30 – 3:30 PM
- Room: TBD
- Description: If you are new to E-rate or need a refresher, this 1-hour workshop will go over the basics, explain discount calculations and C2 budgets, provide a tour of the E-rate Productivity Center (EPC).

E-rate Category 2: Changes for FY 2020
- Date: Tuesday, February 25, 2020
- Time: 9:30 – 10:30 AM
- Room: TBD
- Description: Big changes are coming to Category 2, for both FY 2020 and future years. This 1-hour workshop will explain all of the changes, show how to calculate your Category 2 budgets, and provide important tips for bidding and contracting Category 2 equipment and services. Come with any Category 2 questions you have!
