Good morning, E-raters! It’s Form 471 Deadline Day! The sun is shining (where I am), the birds are chirping, and I can just feel it’s going to be a great final day of this long and unusual FY 2020 filing window. If you cannot meet today’s deadline, please contact me so we can discuss your options.
Final word of wisdom: You must file a Form 471 every year of a multi-year contract. There’s no such thing as a multi-year E-rate funding commitment.

FY 2020 Status of Filings as of 4/28/2020:
- 2278 FRNs filed by 868 PA entities
- 944 FRNs in ‘Wave Ready’ Status
By comparison, last year, 2500 FRNs were filed (total) by 925 PA entities.
