The sun is shining, the birds are singing, it’s going to reach 70 degrees today, and, oh yes, it’s the final week of the FY 2021 Form 471 application window!  There are only 4 days left and I can see that many of you still have to file.  The deadline is Thursday, March 25, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern.  If you’re not going to be able to make this deadline, please contact me ASAP to discuss your options.

• 1298 FRNs filed by 628 PA entities
• 427 FRNs in ‘Wave Ready’ Status (meaning they will likely be funded in Wave 1 or 2)
