ECF BEAR Deadline Extended Through Nov 3

Due to a technical issue, some ECF reimbursement requests could not be submitted in the few hours before the 10/30/2023 deadline.  Therefore, the FCC has extended the deadline until Friday, November 3 at 7:59 p.m. eastern for all applicants and service providers with a previous reimbursement filing deadline of Monday, October 30, 2023.  The new deadline date has not yet been reset in EPC, but I expect it will be within a few hours after which applicants can file any remaining FY 2021 ECF BEARs (Windows 1 and 2).

This unfortunate event has resulted in welcome news for the applicants that may have missed Monday’s hard deadline.
