FY 2015 Form 470 Available Tomorrow

The FY 2015 Form 470 will be available for use as of tomorrow, November 21, 2014. The FY 2014 Form 470 has been available for FY 2015 filings up until now, but will be taken down at 7:00 p.m. tonight in order for USAC to transition to the new form.
A few notes:
– If you started a Form 470 using the FY 2014 version but you have not submitted it by 7:00 tonight, you must start over using the FY 2015 form when it becomes available.
– If you have already posted a Form 470 using the FY 2014, but have not yet certified it, you do not need to post a new form, but you should certify it by 7:00 tonight. If you don’t get a chance to certify it by 7:00 tonight, you will need to certify using the FY 2015 certification when it becomes available.
Don’t forget… post your Form 470′s before you leave for Thanksgiving if you can!
