Guide to Filing Category 2 Funding Requests

One of the most challenging parts of the new Form 471 is the Funding Request Section (commonly known as Block 5), particularly for Category 2 applicants.  To help explain this FRN Section, I’ve created the attached Guide to Filing Category 2 Funding Requests that provides a screen-by-screen walk-through, explaining what to select in each screen, for each item.   For those of you using the PEPPM contract, there are helpful notes for each impacted item as well.  A guide to Category 1 Funding Requests is coming soon.
