FY 2014, Wave 14 E-rate Funding Commitments
August 11, 2014
Congratulations to the following 19 Pennsylvania schools and libraries that will be receiving FY 2014, Wave 14 E-rate Funding Commitment Letters, totaling $929,125.35! A summary of each commitment is listed below. All FY 2014 correspondence will be sent in BLUE.
A wave will be arriving every week until the FY 2014 funding is exhausted. This wave consists of requests for Priority 1 services (telecom and Internet). If you were not funded in this wave for Priority 1, don’t worry! There are many, many more waves coming, and your commitment will be in one of the upcoming waves.
The next step for those entities funded in Waves 1-14 will be to file the Form 486 which tells the SLD it’s OK to pay invoices and that you are CIPA compliant. The deadline to file the Form 486 is 120 days from the date of your funding commitment letter or October 28, 2014, whichever is later. If you’re unsure how to file the Form 486 or which boxes to check, please refer to the Form 486 Guide at http://e-ratepa.org/?p=1205 and the sample pages attached to that message.
If you have any questions, please contact me at email@example.com. Congratulations to these 19 PA applicants!
