Happy Holidays, E-raters! USAC has not yet set the official filing window dates, but we expect the announcement to be made in the next 2 days. Before you leave for break, two quick reminders…
Release your Bids!
Start bidding now if you haven’t already done so! The key is to have your bidding complete by the end of January so you can take contracts to your February board meeting(s) (not March!) for approval.
- Category 1 Form 470 Filing Guide, including a C1 470 drop down cheat sheet. This message also has the C1 rebidding status for everyone who filed last year based on the data you entered into your 471 application.

- Category 2 Bidding Rules for PA Non-Public Schools and Libraries

Update Enrollment/NSLP Data in EPC
If you haven’t done so already, be sure to update each school’s enrollment and NSLP data (or CEP%) in your EPC portal. The draft data and helpful guide are available at: http://e-ratepa.org/?p=32075. Although we don’t have an exact “Admin Window” deadline yet, expect that this data should be updated by January 10.
